1. Order Processing Time

Because our products—such as brass idols, home décor, and pooja essentials—require careful handling and premium packaging, all orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has successfully been placed.

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

We offer secure shipping across India. Delivery times typically range between 4-7 business days depending on your location. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. International Shipping

Veena Creations is proud to bring India's heritage to the world. We offer international shipping to select countries. International delivery times vary (typically 7-14 business days).

Important for International Orders: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Veena Creations is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available in our courier partner's system.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

We ensure every item is protected in premium packaging before dispatch. However, if your package arrives damaged, you must contact us within 2 days of delivery as per our Return & Exchange Policy. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods so we can investigate the claim with our courier partners.
